2 Day PPF Course
Our two-day PPF training course is specifically designed for installers with less than a year of experience in the PPF industry. This comprehensive course provides a thorough, start-to-finish guide on PPF installation, ensuring participants gain the essential skills needed for successful installations.
Participants will receive full one-to-one training on the cutting software. This includes learning how to identify the correct kit for a specific vehicle, edit patterns, and nest patterns efficiently to minimise product costs. This detailed instruction ensures that installers can handle various vehicle types and optimise material usage effectively.
The course also includes extensive plotter training, demonstrating the essentials of machine operation. Candidates will learn how to cut patterns for the training rig and perform weeding on a plotting table, gaining hands-on experience with the equipment.
Throughout the course, participants will fit an entire vehicle front-end PPF kit to our training rig. This practical exercise allows hopeful installers to work through the entire installation process, learning different techniques at each stage.
